Instructions to make DEGGI biryani:
  1. Take oil in pan, add onion and fry it.
  2. Add meat in it.
  3. Add ginger garlic,curry leaves, salt, red chilli and mix it.
  4. Add tomatoes and yoghurt in it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add haldi, whole garam masala, aloo Bukhara, and cook in slow flame
  7. Cook in slow flame until beef done.
  8. Add potatoes in it and cook it.
  9. Soak rice for 1 hour
  10. Add 3 litres water in pan and add salt, and boil it.
  11. Add rice and cook it
  12. Drain it
  13. Add half rice in pan
  14. Add meat masala and add lemon juice in In it.
  15. Add remaining rice.
  16. Add coriander, orange food colour, and ghee
  17. Dum for 10 minutes
  18. Serve with salad raita.
