  1. Oil ma onion Ko brown kar ke nikal lein ab is oil ma ginger garlic paste daal kar halka sa fry karein ab sabut garam masala daal kar fry karein.
  2. Ab is ma Mutton daal kar fry karein isma water 1/2 cup add karein ab is ma salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder daal kar bhun lein
  3. Jab bhun jae tb is ma 3 cup water add kar lein phir mutton ko pkae
  4. Jab mutton gl jae to brown onion ko crushed kar ke daal da phir yoghurt add kar ke bhun lein
  5. Jab bhun jae to 1- 1 1/2 cup water daal kar 15min ke lia dum par chor dein…
  6. Akhir ma Garam masala daal kar stove off kar dein or dish out karein…..ready to eat😎
