Fold it from both sides, shape them into rolls and seal the edges using water or corn paste (corn flour and water mix). - For Spring Rolls - Place one wrap on a flat surface. - Add and spread some noodles on the wrap.Leave some room on the sides. - Fold in the sides and roll. - Once you reach the end, put some batter on the edges and roll. this will help seal the edges. - Repeat the process for all rolls and keep aside.
- For Shallow Frying. - Heat some oil until medium hot. - Add spring rolls and fry on both sides until golden brown. - Garnish with Spring Onion Greens and Serve with hot sauce
