- In a small, deep bowl, mix the yeast with sugar and warm water for 5 minutes
- In the kneader, put 1ΒΌ cup of flour, a tablespoon of salt and stir the ingredients using the kneading arm for a few seconds
- Add water and knead the mixture on the medium speed, then add the yeast mixture and the rest of the amount of flour and continue kneading at the medium speed
- Add two tablespoons of butter, and continue kneading at a slightly higher speed for 5 minutes
- On a dry surface sprayed with a little flour, knead the dough by hand several times, then form it in a smooth ball and leave in the fermentation bowl for 45 min until it doubles in size
- After 45 min roll the dough into loaf and put it in a loaf pan glazed with butter, cover the pan and let the loaf for another 45 min until it doubles in size
- Bake at 375Β° until golden for 55 min in the middle rack of the oven
- After baking remove the loaf from pan to wire racks to cool.
- When the loaf is completely cooled, you can cut it with a bread knife
