Instructions to make Raw_kebbe:
  1. Wash Burghul and drain very well.
  2. Grind meat & ice cubes or ice cold water in food processor,untill we get a smooth,viscous sticky mixture.
  3. Onion and basil are also grind or knocked in kebbe mortar.
  4. With hands,mix well meat, spices,onion,basil and salt.
  5. Add Burghul while kneading and rubbing well,untill we get a compact paste, medium soft.
  6. Wet hands with water and spread kebbe in serving dish.
  7. Dish is decorated with well grind animal fat,onion,and walnuts (optional).
  8. Add olive oil over the kebbe.
