- Prepare 50 gms peanuts

Cover the jar tightly and shake it, so as to mix the seasonings with the sabudana and dry fruits. Store sabudana chivda at room temperature. Transfer the mixture to a skillet, and add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black salt powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and stir well. Mix soaked sago, mashed potato, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, peanut crushed, grated green chilies, salt, yogurt and sugar. Add little water and make a paste of it.
