Or take all of the fried ingredients in a jar, once the chiwda mixture becomes cool. Sprinkle, salt, powdered sugar and red chili powder. Cover the jar tightly and shake it, so as to mix the seasonings with the sabudana and dry fruits. Store sabudana chivda at room temperature.

  1. Heat the oil and fry the big sabudana and cook it till they get crispy.Strain out and keep it aside.
  2. Now fry the peanuts for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
  3. Now fry makhana for 2 minutes and keep it aside.Now fry almonds,cashew for just 30 sec and keep it aside.Fry raisins too.
  4. Now fry curry leaves till get crispy.Now peel the skin of the potatoes and grate them in the water and drain it properly and dry on the kitchen towel properly,now fry them in batches till light golden and crispy.
  5. Now assemble all the things in a bowl and add salt,pepper powder and cumin powder and mix it all well.Our Sabudana crispy mixture is ready to serve.Enjoy.
