- Phr pan me mango puree,salt,cheni (cheeni me se 1/4cup cheni bcha Lein), egg yolks, ko dheemi aanch pe pkayen thick hone tak, then add karein gelatin, aur mix karein achi trha, boil nah ane Dena, phr stove se utaar kar thanda krlen
- Thodi c mango puree 2spoons topping ke lye bchaa lein
- Ab ak bowl me curd cheese (hang kar ke dahi ko Jo cheese bni thi) usy 1/4cup bchi hui cheni ke sath beat karein then add cream, beat karein then add karein mango mixture, beat until well combined
- Ab isy base pe daal dein, spread krden evenly, chahen to pe,cake tin ki sides pe mango chunks rakh kar phr upar se xe mixture daal dein phr is ke upar 2tbsp mango puree daal ke toothpick se swirls bnayen, aur phr tin ko cling wrapp kar ke fridge me 8,9hours set hone rakh dein
