- Ab is me lal mirch, namak, haldi,zeera daal kar mix karain and isko mix kar ke dhak kar 15 minunt medium low flame par pakain
- Ye timater ke pani me pake ga ab is me aloo shamil kar bohat achi tarah bhoon lain
- Ab is me aik der glass pani daal dain mix kar ke dhak dain darmiyan me dekh kar chalati rahain
- Jab aloo qeema achi tarah pak kar tayyar ho jaye to is me garam masala shamil kar dain
- Ab 2,3 minunt ke liye dheemi anch par dhak kar chor dain is se salan ka colour bhi acha hoga and oil upper nazar aange
- Ab flame band kar ke upper se hara dhania and hari mirch se garnish kar dain lazeez qeema Aloo tayyar hai
