  3. Check the consistency by dropping syrup into a bowl of water it should form a softball as while for another minute and check. Now turn off the flame and add cocoa powder dry roasted murmura and essence.
  4. Make until the mixture is well combined in jaggery syrup grease your hand with ghee and make laddu as your desired size and store in an airtight container.

These quick and easy to make laddus are kid-friendly and can be prepared within a short duration of time. Though murmura or puffed rice does not contain any nutritional properties but very light on the stomach and easy to digest. The very thought of this crunchy ball of goodness reminds us of the street carts selling til rewari, gajjak, peanuts and murmura ladoo outside schools. Made with murmura (puffed rice) and gur.
