Sugar: i used normal sugar which i powdered in a blender by myself.

- In a pan add butter then add kalonji.
- Then add the puffed rice.
- Add black salt, chaat masala and amchur powder.cook for few seconds.
- Cool down at room temperature and serve

Glutinous rice flour: you have to use glutinous rice flour sweet rice flour for the proper texture. Plain rice are cooked with vegetables of choice and aromatics that give it a unique flavor.
