Steps to make Puffed rice laddu:
  1. Dry roast puffed rice in pan in slow heat so they crispy and not get saggy while mixing jaggery in it
  2. Transfer into a plate to get cool down
  3. Meanwhile Heat nonstick pan add jaggery and ghee, if required add 2 tbs spoon water
  4. Keeping the flame on low stir continuously until the jaggery melts.
  5. Stir on low flame, till it turns frothy.
  6. Check the consistency, by dropping syrup into a bowl of water, it should form a soft ball. else boil for another minute and check.
  7. Turn off the flame divide jaggery syrup into 3 part and 2,2 drops of colour in each part
  8. Now mix roasted puffed rice in each part
  9. Mix it well
  10. Make small small laddu while the mixture is hot
  11. Keep it cool and store in air tight container
