  3. Now add the chopped onions, tomatoes and crushed green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and saute till onions and tomatoes become translucent.
  4. Remove the water from the soaked puffed rice and squeeze them between palms until the excess water is drained out from them
  5. Add this puffed rice into the prepared onion,tomato gravy and mix well. Finally add the finely powdered roasted chana dal in it and mix well.
