  2. Now on low flame start melting the brown sugar…after 4-5 minutes it will start melting..in about 10 minutes it will completely melt… frequently stir it carefully so that it doesn't burn.
  3. Now add the puffed rice and mix well. Put off the flame (You can put off the flame in between while you are adding the puffed rice). While it's still hot form small ladoos or balls of it by wetting both your palm with water.
  4. First wet your palm and then take a small portion of the brown sugar (or Gur) & puffed rice mixture press between your palms and form laddoos…and keep it on a ghee greased plate or butterpaper. Be careful because mixture will be quite hot. Once cooled it will be difficult to work so you have to form laddoos while it is still hot….I keep it on the stove only (with flame off) so that the hot burner still gives the warmth to it and form the Laddoos as quick as possible.
