In a food processor coarsely grind half handful cilantro leaves with one large finely chopped green chilli. Keep 2 tsp of this paste on the large plate for latter use. Also arrange chat masala, pepper powder, and salt as per requirement. Cut the lemon and keep it aside. It is better to squeeze the lemon juice just before use.
- In a large bowl take 50 percent of the puffed rice, 70 percent of the mixture and all the other ingredients. Then add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well. Now add the other half of the puffed rice and mix well.
- Before serving top it with the remaining mixture. It is served in the streets in paper cones. I personally prefer it in paper cones for the feel good factor. You can also serve it in a plate or bowl.
