  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan once hot add Dalia and roast, then add one by one peanuts, green chillies, curry leaves, and cashewnuts roast and drain and set aside.
  2. In the same oil add murmura, salt, chaat masala, sugar, red chilli powder and mix well.
  3. Add all roasted ingridents and mix well and allow to roast on low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off flame and allow to come to room temperature. Add spicy namkeen mixture and mix well.
  5. Store in airtight container. Enjoy with tea.
