If mixture dries, little water can be added for consistency to be neutral enough (neither too hard nor too solid).
- Take a baking try. I used a square cake mould. Fill nozzle bag & create rounds. Apply little ghee on top & bake in air fryer for 7 mins @ 160 degrees. Then for 3 mins on 180 degrees.
- Make syrup using 2 cups water & erythritol. Syrup should be sticky enough to glue yr fingers. Dip & soak baked jalebis for few secs. Serve piping hot 🤗
