  3. Lower the flame add puffed rice and mix well, switch the flame off. Form equal sized balls and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

This is usually prepared during Makar Sankranti or Uttarayan. Turn off the flame and add murmura (puffed rice). Puffed Rice Ladoo is a traditional sweet of India which we prepare during festive seasons like Makar Sankranti, Holi etc. Kids love it and it looks very simple and easy to make. It is also called "Lai" in Bihar and Jharkhand.
